General terms and conditions.

  
Currency:
  • All prices are expressed in European currency, Euros " € "
Rates include:
  • Driving guide service.
  • Use of vehicle.
  • Fuel and motorway tolls.
  • Italian Taxes 10% IVA (VAT - Value Added Tax).
  • Credit Card Commissions.
Rates do not include:
  • Client's meals, food and beverages unless otherwise specified in the programs.
  • Entrance fees to Museum or Monuments, gratuities.
  • Anything not expressly mentioned as included.
Penalties:

 
  • Cancellation 1 week before date of requested service: No Penalty.
  • Cancellation 72 hours before date and time of requested service: 10% Penalty
  • Cancellation 48 hours before date and time of requested service: 30% Penalty.
  • Cancellation 24 hours before date and time of requested service: 50% Penalty
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service fully charged.
Payments and Confirmations:
  • Your e-Mail reservation will guarantee a 7 days confirmation option, during which you will need to provide us with Visa or MasterCard data (Holder's name as it appears on the Card, Number and Expiration Date) as a guarantee for the services being booked. Upon receipt of the Credit Card Data we will consider the option confirmed. We kindly request that you make your reservation at least seven days before the beginning of the first service.
